I may be able to interpret the TeX code, but you can make life much easier for us by actually rendering the equation and show us the rendered result (e.g. as image).

Why would you label the "area of periodic signal" as "Xavg"? If x(t) is a periodic signal, then the integral has only two possible values, zero & infinity. So in the second equation, 'T' must be infinity (and not the period of the signal as is normally implied).
