I am designing a half bridge with an IGBT IRGBC20U,, my input voltage level is +15V -15V.
what is the appropriat driver for one iGBT.
    many thanks

Essentially you are probably looking for a gate driver. There are many differences between MOSFETs and IGBT's, but both have similar gate drive requirements.

Generally speaking, you want them to switch fast, and for that you want a low impedance driver (i.e. one able to supply significant current -- up to several amps).

It's also important not to exceed various gate limitations, the most important being there voltage limits.

There are a plethora of chips on the market (many of which do other useful things like handling dead time) but it is possible to make them from discrete components.

What path so you want to take?
