apple studio 17 monitor adjustment adapter

    I need to realign an Apple studio display 17" crt and the service manual
    indicates that I need an adjustment adapter, located one for the
    princley sum of $86.00. I appears to be just a spst pushbutton
    and a m/f HD DB15 connector. Does anyone know what pins to connect to
    enable the factory service mode?
