I am trying to repair an AOC and have isolated the problem to a switching regulator that got burnt out when some idiot put in a a 50V power supply instead of a 19V. I am able to read a partial model number off the chip " *209A ". Does anyone know where to pull up a circuit diagram of the AOC monitors or have any guesses about what the switching regulator chip is so I can buy and replace?

Model #: 215lm000555

Do you have a picture? Knowing what this device looks like and even the surrounding topology may help answer the question.

The circuit board is from the motherboard of the monitor, you can see the damaged chip in the upper right side. I also took a crummy quality picture of the front of the monitor, but if you are curious as to what type of monitor it is 22" and you can look up the exact type from the model number in the previous post.
