Anyone using NextAlarm for monitoring?

NextAlarm seems to advertise everywhere in the search engines for low
cost monitoring, with direct links; but there seems to be a void in
user discussion regarding their service.

Any DIYs here using them for monitoring? Any first hand experiences
or comments?

What they are offering seems easy and reasonable, but I'd like to hear
a direct reference regarding them.....I understand they are not
offering full service alarm care. I'm just looking for low-cost end
user monitoring with no system or technical support.
