How do you like it and have you had any problems? Consumer Reports does not
give it a reliability rating. Thanks BG

While Samsung apparently makes a good computer monitor (I've heard, I never
owned one), most professional CE technicians would not own one. Remember, you
    get what you pay for.

Samsung monitors are decent for 17" stuff only.

Their TV and rear projector tv are not their best, look everywhere
else. I work on Samsung and RCA, other brands as well but I still
like the older (thomson aka RCA) PTK195 chassis and ATC311 is less
problems except for frying HV divider and a burning resistor once in
awhile. I'm having bad time with ITC222, taking apart plastic top
shell is not bad, but I rather want PTK195 style chassis back with
ITC222 internal instead. Easier to store, easier to handle and carry
and great access to it. Not the style on the all plastic chassis.
    Awful.

    Cheers,

FWIW: Work on multiple manufacturer from Sony to L/G, inclusive of all the
Samsung devices. Seen many non-addressable symptoms as a direct result of
the engineers, manufacturers, et. al. pressing the envelope to provide the
next generation with all the bells and whistles. Inclusive of all the brands
being currently retailed. Samsung seems to be one of the manufacturers on
the bleeding edge of attempting to do this, and as a result we have been
enduring a lot of necessitated changes of complete chassis assemblies, light
boxes, etc to attempt resolving endemic symptoms within their sets.
inclusive of the direct vies, DLP, and LCD models. Personally I do own a
Samsung, as well as an RCA, Sony, Jvc, Etc. Only because I'm a cheapskate
when purchasing for my own use. However, IMHO: I do not recommend their
specific products seeing what is currently available as reasonable cost.
