Any fun uses for Logitech Scanman?

I have a couple (greyscale) sitting around because the required interface
card is ISA only and is quite obsolete (beside a $30 flatbed scanner does
more)

So any fun use? The 4" long LED bar looks like something that could have
been part of a phaser rifle. How about the imaging sensor, any idea what
the res is?

I have one also. I still have the PC connected to it, so I guess I
could always try to fire it up and live with the DOS/W3.1 world again.
