Hi!

Recently lightning struck in my area, and through analog tv cable, TVs in most of the homes in street are now not turning on. Same is the case with TVs at our home. My analog TV Tuner device also stopped working after this incident, however it was not connected with electricity at the time of lightning but TV cable was connected. Initially I thought it was a power supply which is faulty so I replaced it, and now although power light is on but it is not blinking and neither there is any display. I have attached the images of circuit, please review and provide solution.

The tuner is only one of the many sub systems that would have been damaged. You will need to do a step by step fault identification. Start with the power supply.

A lightning strike could be a real problem.
The high voltage it introduces on the power lines and input cable may destroy a lot of devices in the TV.

Does the operation of the TV work?
Does the remote control work?
Do your Tv other inputs work( RCA,15pin etc.)?
If the above don't work, the TV should go to the bin,it is most probably not worth repairing.

Most likely that IC's have been damaged by surge.
As @dorke says, probably beyond economical repair.
All surface-mount components - would need repair outlet to check / repair if even possible.
