    Does amplitude shows max voltage or max current in one cycle signal?

    What Alec_t means, is that you should specify what you're using to measure the signal, or if this is just a
    theoretical question.
    Can you be more specific about what exactly you're referring to. People will help you here.

    You could measure an earthquake with Amplitude, or the sound pressure created by the flapping of hummingbird wings.

    Amplitude is simply a description of a wave-form.

    Amplitude & Frequency.

    Both terms apply to any wave-like object from Radio and light, to the vibrations felt driving on the road.
