  1. Ok they get suggested occasionally here, usually in jest.
    But

    about Tasers.
I was just wondering if a tinfoil vest would nullify a taser?

If the probe does not rip through the foil, yes.

  3. I was just thinking that a conductive sheet would just short out the
HV from the taser. Probably best to weave carbon fiber into a wooly
    jumper

Hmm, what about people with Argyria? :)

Martin. What about Argyria? That is caused by injesting too much silver into
    the body. WW

  6. Possibly. Have you figured out how to handle the cops' backup plan?

  7. sodium thiosulphate should fix that problem

  8. LOL! It leaves a film in my mouth though.

  9. I've read of the possibility of making bulletproof vests of
    buckyfibers, and they're conductive... ;>)

    Don't be so negative.

  11. I'm going to let that one slide.

  12. Station a friend nearby with a video camera?

Right - now what does that do to a person's skin resistance?

  14. Blue-blue-blue. 66 megohms.

  15. Its makes it safer for internal organs when using a mobile phone by
    absorbing RF

    google for "skin effect"......

I'd preffer not to be exposed to this!

I had a photographic memory but I ran out of film!

CF is not actually that conductive.
You want it so that it's a couple of orders of magnitude more conductive than
    skin.

  18. It would be better to have "Friend" run the actual test and, you being the
expert, running (away with?) the camera ....

  19. Oh! _That_ mark!

With friends like that, who needs enemas?
