Hi Genrick,
There are loads of 'hits' for this timer. Mostly Philippine.
You could spend an hour and draw your own schematic from the board itself!
What are you trying to do with it?

"soft copy"? - the IC has "Code protection function".
If enabled you won't be able to do that...

What does it do? It should be easy do duplicate it with any microcontroller. It looks like it drives 2 relays through 2 opto-isolators.
