    There are lots of goodies there. The notes and examples are written in the same way someone would be talking in class.

    These are free and legal (as far as I can tell) put online by their authors.

    By the way, I also noticed the link I posted is more towards college level. I think the OP was looking for something more basic but it still can be useful to some.
