I've run accross that one before. I think thats for a biz to biz type
contract. I need something with a place for prices and such.

Yea, that one looks impressive. What do you use now for when they buy
equipment? Maybe 1-control, 2-keypads, 10 windows,5 doors... ect.

Nothing. When purchasing a DIY system the only contract is the credit card
invoice and the limited warranty. I don't make DIY'rs sign a long contract
just to order hardware. Due to the nature of the transaction there is an
implicit reduction in liability for a hardware purchase compared to an
installation agreement.

Are you interested in having a contract done for you? If so, let me know
and I'll come up with a price. It's not particularly expensive compared to
buying a stock contract and having to customize it for the web.
