ADT Safewatch 3000-Vista 20

Can anyone tell me how to turn on a second keypad on this panel? The first
keypad address is 16 but can't get an address for the second keypad.
Naturally the Vista 20 programming doesn't help.

Go to location 190 and press 1 + 0
