adding a dimmer switch to 12v 100w flashlight

Hello,

I am hoping for some help here... I put together a DC video light head with a Craftsmen 12v led work light handle and battery. It has a simple on/ off switch. I want to add a dimmer switch to it and after looking around today the best I found was this Pilot Automotive touch screen dimmer switch for their line of led interior car lights.

Will this work? If so, how do I wire this in? It didn't come with instructions and I couldn't find anything on the web... I'm not sure how to hook it up.... Is there a better option someone can point me to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....!!

Look at dimmer switches for campers or boats that run off 12 volts, the 100 watts is likely to be the only issue, most won't go that high but I'm sure if you shop around you will be able to find one...
