Hi,
I am using some of these mosfets for my prototypes:

600Volt 99mOhms Rds(on) TO-220
anyone interested in buying some of them? I would like to buy in larger
quantity to save money if I Can sell off some of them. Digikey's price
is $8.93 each, and $6.27 in 100's, I will sell them for $5 each (in
quantity's 10 or more, plus $5 shipping)
If I get interest to buy at least 200 I will order them, and email you
when I get them (warning 8 weeks leadtime!), email me if you are
interested. I can make an ebay auction for people to buy if they want.
