I have a clearview tv antenna that uses an ac/dc adapter 5v 100ma but the tv antenna did not include the adapter. I have an ac/dc adapter 5v 200ma. can I use this adapter with my new TV clearview Antenna?

Check the voltage polarity on the plug (it should be ok) and that it fits the socket - otherwise yes, it will work.

The polarity that kells_eye is mentioning should be symbolized like such.

This would be a positive center. Going over on the current is not an issue as he stated because the device will only pull the current needed.
