    Hey guys, wanna to ask,

    The value I measured using an AC AMMETER is RMS value or how ?

    It depends on the meter.

    You would normally hope it is the RMS value, but you can never be sure.

    The specs of a meter may tell you and give some frequency limits over which it is true.

    Some meters read "average" current which isn't RMS and can be misleading.

    Then how I know ? Refer to the spec of the meter ?

    Yep.

    edit: If it doesn't say "True RMS" or similar then it's not.
