Probably not -- Apple II floppies were such low coercivity that you
could record a strong track with a refrigerator magnet, and the track
was wide enough for a cassette recorder head to pick up.

Try the same trick with a modern high density floppy.

If you want to insist that you can recover data from Apple II
floppies, most of us probably won't argue. Don't extrapolate
from that experience though.
