a Big question

A question formed in my brain about generator.

a generator base RPM for 50hz is 1500 .
now
if the RPM of this generator ,The following is based RPM ,

What will happen on ??
the out put voltage is low ?
or
the out put w/h is low?

I think 1500 rpm is for 25Hz; 1500revo/1 min=1500/60 = 25 not 50 Hz
