Unfortunately, these look like house numbers. Large manufacturers have this annoying habit of ordering components and have their own part numbers put on them instead of the industry standard number. This makes it harder to reverse engineer their design. I have one full reel of similar transistors just sitting in my garage and I still don't know what to do with them. I suppose it is possible to analyze most parameters on this (using curve tracers and such) and sacrifice a couple to see how much current/voltage they can handle.
