8051 with IDE/ATAPI interface

Can you tell me what is the simpliest 8051 uC with build in hard drive
IDE/ATAPI interface?

Where I can find microcode for simple file read / write / format protocol?
I prefer FAT32 or NTFS file systems, if possible.

Actually, I found Atmel AT83C51SND1C has build in ATAPI hard drive
interface.

But I am unable to find available firmware source code to manage the hard
drive file format, read, write, control etc.
Is these firmware readily available? Thank you.
