I'm looking for an alternative for the 74hc6323.

The key requirements are that it has an integral oscillator (I.e. just connects to the crystal directly), works to at least 20MHz, divides by 4, and is available.

preferably so-8 or similar, 5V operation, fundamental (not 3rd overtone), cheap, low power, and from someone with reasonable shipping.

programmable divide options would be nice but not essential.

I only need a few, perhaps 20 to start with, or up to 100 if they are cheap.

I'm also looking at the NJU6311. Apart from the smaller package, does anyone see any disadvantages?

It's cheaper and looks like it will require fewer external components.
