    Any idea?

Most 3-1/2 digit panel meters are based on the Intersil 7106/7107 1-chip
digital voltmeter IC. They provide reading of +/-200mV input, and operate on
    an isolated (battery) power supply.

Some DPMs have a voltage divider built in to allow reading of higher voltages.
Fortunately for you, one of these is available at All Electronics Corp (a good
surplus outlet) as their part number PM-121. It's in stock, reads 0 to
    +/-199.9V, and is only $15.00.

Note that these DPMs require a regulated (and preferably non-switching) +5VDC,
and the negative of the +5V is coterminal with the - of the input voltage, so
be careful. 120VDC is no joke.

If you don't like surplus, these DPMs are available at almost all full service
electronics distributors, as well as Digi-Key, Mouser, Jameco, and all the
other catalog houses. You'll pay quite a bit more, though.

    Good luck
    Chris
