6270 touch screen

hi all techs.
Im having a problem with ademco's touch screen 6270. after about 3 weeks of
running the client cant arm on the first attempt the message "unable to arm
all partitions" comes up. The 6270 has been available in the australian
market for 5 months and i understand that the US has had them for
considerably longer.
im wondering if this is an australian only problem or global.
The only solution i can find is to power the whole system down and re-boot
but then it reappears weeks later. Any help / advice would be appreciated as
Ademco Aust. just come back with "they are investigating it".

sounds like the arm multiple partitions option has gotten clicked which
causes the condition when you try to arm
had couple times here when clients kids played around
with key pad

Thats what i first thought to. But have been proved wrong by the client when
ive gone back over to show them. All the systems have quick arm enabled. Im
going to try with it disabled to see how it goes.

Check the programming of the panel, that message isn't caused by the keypad
