4 volt 4amp PSU

Hello everyone,

Looking for some information or help with this topic. I was wondering
if it is possible to make a 4 volt 4 amp power supply? Also if it is,
is there a schematic somewhere i could use or if someone could sketch
one up it would be greatly appreciated.
