    Hi,

    I need to sire a jack socket, I have one with three pins. what should these three pins connected to? Ground, Positive..?

    depends on what the plug/socket is connected to ... you haven't given enough information

    It sounds like you want to modify the schematic you have. The schematic shows the microphone already connected. Are you asking about how to replace the mic with a jack so you can plug in an external microphone? If so, then it depends on the mocrophone. Some need two connections and some need three. Which kind do you have?
