2x 24VDC Relays controlled by RF Remote

Hi Guys,

I need to control a 3phase industrial curtain motor. There is existing 24V+ control which has E-STOP in series (24V+) of the supply to both Open and Close switches.

I know how to hook up the relays and keep the E-STOP in series. My questions are as follows:
What RF type transmitter (Really only needs to have 3x buttons) would be suitable for a range of up too 30m?
What receiver would be best?
What circuit/how would the RF be converted into say a 5V+ signal to pull relays open and close?

Reliability is a necessity, SO budget is around the $300AU for TX + RX.

Any thoughts/info/links?

Look on Ebay for wireless remote. There are very inexpensive units that have a transmitter and receiver with several relays. You will not have to spend anywhere near $300.
