chassis number ITC008, set works for hours, & then just goes to a
raster of noise, but not snow.
change the channel and it's fine for a while. it may work fine for 5
or 6 hours. sometimes it just shuts off with the power led still on.

Or communications failure, something contaminating or loading down the data
and/or clock flow in the set. Seen a few with the leaky diode and conductive
glue syndrome already.
