27" Sony stereo flat screen tv
model:KV-27FS100,chassis:BA5D,year:Feb2003.
While the customer was watching tv the screen turned to white
afterwards the screen became reddish (like someone turned the tint all
the way) and slightly out of focus.In menu mode the picture is normal
(white letters and blue background,I forgot to ask is the letters are
out of focus in menu mode).
The customer went into menu mode and tried to change settings but no
luck and also unplugged tv overnight and still same problem.The tv is
still in the customer's house,can someome give me detailed repair tips
(including part #'s)? on this unit so that I can prepare myself when he
brings it in.
I am on slow dial up so if part #'s are required you high speed net
techs can lookup the part #'s for me at this free service manual
