240V LED driver.... Want to convert to 120V

    These LED drivers are 240V. If I try to run them on 120V they pulse at what I guess would be about 30 hertz. I was wondering if it would be possible to change the value of some resistors to make them work at 120 Volts. If so, suggestions would be appreciated.
    I am enclosing some pictures and a link to the Driver chip. Please excuse the crude labels.

    In overview in the specs it says 85 to 265v ac
    As a general note it also says ...Non-Isolated !!
