240v 100w conversion ?

    Do you mean that you have a 24V (AC or DC?) supply that you wish to convert to 240V (AC or DC?) at a power level of 100W?

    Its a 24v AC soldering Temp control project but I need to use a 240v AC iron with it

    It would be cheaper, easier, and safer to just buy a replacement 24V iron.

    Thanks I've been sent some photos of a device that will do what I need without modifying this one I've just got to figure out how to copy the PCB layout from a photo of a finished device
