Hi guys, just bought a £15.00 Bluetooth speaker and I am thinking of building a bigger more powerful one, I already have 1 DIY 100w amp I bought and built from maplin electronics,
Plan to buy another, one for each Chanel so I get stereo,
My idea is to dismantle the ready built speaker and basically just use the circuitry inside and amp it up inside a new enclosure with some bigger drivers, may need some help with power supply side of it, I think the rest will be quite straight forward,
Thanks to anyone with an interest in this project

Hello again!

Yes, that sounds like a good idea.

Can you link to the 100W amp project and upload some photos of the insides of the Bluetooth speaker.

Could have just bought a Bluetooth receiver and other parts to do this build, but this ready made one was only £15.00 and has various inputs all in one.

those BT speakers probably won't handle 100W. 100W on those speaker will blow them out real fast.
