I need a 15 v 500ma power cord. I found onw but will it work. It 15 v but 550 MA instead of 500ma. I need to know will this power cord work on my peakey mixer?

You should have no issues using that. Your mixer will only draw the current it needs.

Does the mixer need 15VAC or 15VDC? They are completely different and the mixer will probably blow up if the wrong one is used. If it uses DC is the polarity correct? If the polarity (positive wire and negative wire) is backwards then the mixer will probably blow up.

Here you said you need 15V but at Digikey you said you want 12V. Why the difference?

The Digi-Key one was just showing how to select one in general. Things to look at. Not this specific supply.
