Hi,

firstly im very new to electronics and have zero expertise, this is only my second project.

what im trying to accomplish is two 12v LED spotlights connected to a PIR sensor which seems pretty cruisey this one:

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Outdoor...var=500372577745&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

im confident that i can get that to work, power to the sensor load to the light ect but i want a switch inline there somewhere that i can have the circuit in one of three states, off, on, sensor, but i have no idea how to go about that and what type of switch to use.

can anyone give me some advice or direct me to info that can get me started.

thank you
Shaune.

Single pole changeover switch with centre off.
Feed to common of the switch, sensor line in to one contact of the changeover and light to both the remaining changeover contact and the switchwire of the sensor.
Obviously negatives all together under separate connector.
Some of these sensors will actually go into manual mode if the power on switch is turned off then on again within a one second time period. Are you sure yours does not?
