Hello Everyone,
I just put together my 18650 battery bank by putting three 18650 in series to get 12volts. I have a barrel plug connected to my battery bank and I was wondering with a DC12V barrel jack is the middle prong on the inside ground or live. Please help me asap.

We usually don't call anything "live" for 12VDC.
We do have the polarity "+" and "-".
The way you should connect them depends on the device the battery should be connected to(power).
There are 2 possibilities the center pin can have either "+" or "-".
The polarity is marked on the devices ,
look for it,and connect the same way, like so:

So how are you planning to safely re-charge that 12 V battery pack? Best bet is to remove the individual cells and re-charge them one at a time with an approved Li-ion charger.
