Any one have an idea why I didn't receive one, when I have every

I hate tax time.

Last year I received a 1099-DIV on March 3rd.

This year I had to send some 1099s and my local IRS office
didn't get the forms until the third week of February.
They said we got an extension until the end of February
to mail them.
In other words, I don't know.

All the dividends were used to pay a rather large consulting fee to Romney who devised a plan by which your investmnet could avoid paying dividends.

I wouldn't doubt that, I don't our electric company did very
well with all the storms we had last year in CT.

No dividends from that company?
Have they been late at times in the past?

In which case one might be lucky that there is no such thing as a
NEGATIVE dividend..

Kinda puts a nail in the whole concept of "limited liability" in a
corporation, no?

I think your potential losses are still limited to the amount of your
investment.
