RC Car Toy Modification Help !!!
Thanx for your explanation, but when this MOD function is High when it is connected to ground or to Vcc ? , also "the function is latched" means that it will output a straight signal let say constant 3volt ??? Thx- battery.13v

Digital Multimeter Problem "-1" !!!
2 Weeks not just for the Multimeter ... however the multimeter consist of 50% of my electronic buys ... i am a begineer in electronic field so it's a good lesson ... it's worth it .... Digital Multimeter Problem "-1" !!!
My digital multimeter is rated to 1000V DC, but we all know that when we exceed the amperage a Fuse blow up and you just have to change it , However in the Voltage testing we don't know what is the first component that will fail if Voltage Exceed the limit, so if someone know, please tell me ....- battery.13v
