    Need some help

    I am trying to wire a 12vdc 1a pc fan to a 12vdc 1a wall adapter. There is power going to the fan but it doesn't continuously spin. The fan blade just constantly jerks. The power indicator light on the wall adapter flickers on and off in sync with the fan blade jerk.
