15 min alternating circuit
Thank you for your answer... There is no need to complete the circuit ,, just want the 15 minutes alternating to switch between pos and neg wires... does this change your answer?? thanks again- sourcy

Hello everyone, I have a project as described below... need to make (or have made) a circuit that alternates between + and - every fifteen minutes. unit would produce 3 volts max if circuit was completed... runs from 5 sets of (two) 1.5 volt D cell batteries.. anyone have any...- sourcy
