    complete newbee I am using 3xcree xe leds in series circuit using lm317 as a regulator 12.2 v power supply I am using 2.2 1w resistor according to lm317 calculater this should run leds at 575ma when I do test I get reading of 200ma can anybody help me with this am I doing something wrong...
