How much an output amperage should be to achieve a fast charging?

Dear folk To my understanding, (please correct my confusion) Output voltage most of the time is 5 DCV To achieve fast charging fast charging amperage should be bigger or equal to 2 DCA I did a test using 2 USB power meters and 2 different genuine lightening cables and 2 genuine wall adapters...

    Testing lighbulb using multimeter

Okay that makes sense. But when I checked the resistance for the working light bulb it was 106 ohms (I have checked the manual for my DMM, I couldn't find minimum value for resistance for the buzzer to beep ), then I would expect the continuity test should beep for the working bulb , but that...

    Testing lighbulb using multimeter

Hi Steve On DMM I tried the resistance and I use select ohms symbol (not kilo ohms nor Mega ohms) Yes on the working fridge light bulb DMM read 106 ohms and on the burned out it read OL. Now my query why continuity didn't work ???? Regards

    Testing lighbulb using multimeter

Hi Today I have done this test with two fridge light bulb same as the one below : http://www.wickes.co.uk/philips-40w-ses-cooker-hood-bulb-pk2/invt/218920/ One light bulb burned out for sure and other is working (for sure it is working) on DMM Push the select key to .))))) continuity (not...

    Testing lighbulb using multimeter

Okay since I am using the pin type light bulb and all online instructions that I have been through are explaining the screw type light bulb. For the pin type light bulb we put the probes on the tips of the light bulb ? don't we ? Regards

    Testing lighbulb using multimeter

What I meant to say when I tried to do a test on a working light bulb , I used the DMM to check the light bulb ( pin type or push and turn not a screw type ) resistance I would expect the resistance value should be some reasonable reading,,,,,but in my case reading was 0.L Mega ohms
