    I have just desoldered the pot. It is part A103 and is a 10k pot. A meaning audio (log scale). It is simply a dual gang stereo potentiometer (normally 6 pins)

    Hi. I have these same speakers. I am working on a mod and I want to replace the pot This is not a normal pot with 3 pins so measuring the resistance isn't so easy. It looks like it has 5 pins. Or perhaps it's a center tap (4 pins) and one to anchor... Here are some of my pictures.
