I have a Sharp 20MH10 TV that wont starp. Have checked vpltages at the regulator and the 15V is not prersent. Voltage at the Horiz output Transistor is 130 Vdc. What other checkes doyou advise to narrow the search for the problem. PS Horizontal output Transistor checks good out of circuit
