Designing an SMPS is not a trivial task. Using an off-the-shelf integrated circuit and an application circuit from the datasheet you will be able to quickly construct a circuit that basically works. The tricks are in the details as e.g. stability over a wide range of load currents, minimizing noise (EMC), minimizing power dissipation etc.

This is not your first post where you throw a question at us without giving any useful information about the parameters that apply to your request. In this case: what is your input voltage? what is the max. allowed ripple of the output voltage? What is your background knowledge (in this case about SMPS)?
Have you done any search of your own on this topic?

Considering the rate at which you post questions regarding very different topics: Did you follow up on any of your previous questions? I can't help feeling trolled :(

The procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Google "how to design SMPS"

Step 2: From the list of Google hits, pick something that looks promising-- perhaps this document.

Step 3: Download the document and read it. Study it until you understand it.

Step 4: Look around the Web for other tutorial materials. Application notes written by the major semiconductor manufacturers are a good source of information; Linear Technology, Inc. offers a whole bunch of them on switchmode power supplies and many other topics. Read them and study them until you understand the material.

Step 5: Start designing and experimenting. Then ask intelligent questions if you run into difficulties.

Step 6: Learn to research topics on your own before asking others for help. Asking people for help without first making any effort to research a topic yourself simply tells people that you are lazy-- and no one wants to help a lazy person. This is true no matter what forum you post on, and no matter what user name you post under, whether it's "Robo29" or "Ritesh Kakkar" or "ARTS" or "EDFG" or any of the other aliases you've used to evade bans: laziness annoys people.

The input is 220V circuit should be isolated .
how do you know my accounts?

And working with 10 amp will be impossible for you.
I am going to be a brain surgeon next week.
I have a little book: "How to be a BRAIN SURGEON in 2 weeks"

Actually, that's not the way as OBW0549 is not a moderator on this forum. However, more often than not a forum member 'identifies' himself/herself by the way of his/her posts.
It's always nice to get one's suspicions confirmed by the poster o_O
