Ok, on 3 pin locking plugs, as you look into the socket on the machine itself the earth (green?) wire goes to the right hand pin. This is assuming its laid out with the largest space between the pins at the bottom. The two other wires don't matter....either way round will work.
No problem....get them from the same places.
You need T 3437 000....go to page 30 of the PDF I sent you.

Hi taka,
Farnell, CPC and RS all do that connector. Look under 'locking DIN' if you want something reasonable....or the replacement is made by Amphenol but madly expensive!.Come back to me if you're still unsure.
Hi,
Does anyone know the difference between Weller 24V irons TCP, TCP-1 and TCP S?
Is it as simple as TCP = 45W, TCP-1 = 45W but black handle and TCP S = 50W?
I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify this for me. Thanks,
Dave.
Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get (or what it's called/part no.) the silicon cable used on Weller's 24V irons please? I don't just want a replacement....I want about 20M
Thanks, Dave.
John, you're a gem! No, I didn't know that....I assumed it was the same as in Europe (not the UK) where orientation isn't an issue.
Thanks...again.
Dave.
