Hello I am interested in knowing what program you are using to simulate this? It looks like you are confident in your calculation so I am wondering why you can not fault find this. What is your background and what experience do you have. Thanks Adam
As long as you have the correct interface circuitry like a trans-impedance amplifier then most micros would be able to measure the amplified signal on an A-D pin. It's difficult measuring currents that low so just wondering what the application is? Thanks Adam
Connecting a LDO to the output of the buck converter is something that is done to reduce noise and improve transient response if required. Because of the improved efficiency of Synchronous mode operation I would choose this in your situation because you are introducing a lower efficiency device...
It's more practical than that. If you are making a voltage measurement with a scope it can be quite easy to slip and possibly short out the cathode of the LED or power supply. Thanks Adam
Can I ask everyone a question please? When a transistor is in saturation do you think if you increase the base emitter voltage would you expect an increase in collector current? Thanks Adam
Interesting play with words isn't it. What does fully on mean and is it anymore important than half on or quarter on. What do we benefit in general from using the words saturation, fully on, fully off etc.
For example a supplier might consider their transistor is off at 0.5 volts. But you...
Hello darling :) You remember lol. I thought I would jump in again on a lite note. I got fed up a bit with some of the posts and then COVID hit. Will pop in now and then
