I purchased quite similar wall wart supplies (+/-12V @130mA, +/-5V @500mA) at $5
each.

They're dime a dozen at Goodwill stores. I think I've seen one like that for $1.99.

Are you aware it's against eBay policies to SPAM around with your auction links?
