Sub for Zenith 1141-01 Transistor?

    Horizontal output transistor in Zenith 19" portable.
    Just has Zenith number printed on it (I hate when they
    do that) 1141-01. So what is it really?
    BU508DF?
    2SD1555?

    NTE have it sub to 2302
