Paragon RKP Alarm

I have recently moved into a new house which is fitted with an alarm. The
control panel says that it is a Paragon RKP alarm. It seems to be a
combined fire/burgular alarm. The previous tenant hasn't left any
information with regard to the operation of the alarm and I have had to
remove the fuse as when the power is on the alarm is constantly going off.
I have been all over the internet trying to find information on this alarm
but so far I have drawn a blank

I realise that no-one is going to give me the Master / Re-set codes in a
newsgroup, but can anyone put me in touch with the company who makes the
alarm as at the moment it is totally useless.

There are motion detectors fitted all around the house, so if I couldn't
re-set the existing alarm, would I just be able to replace the control panel
and wire that in to the existing system. As you can probably tell, I know
next to nothing about alarms, so any help would be much appreciated.

    Mike

PS. I am using my daughters user name as she is already a user on this news
group, so just to be clear, my name is NOT Jeannie!!

While there are a number of UK dealers that participate here, you might
actually have better luck getting this question answered if you posted it in
    uk.tech.electronic-security...

I can give you any info you require on Paragon system

(creamy white box app 10 inches square)

Paragon Plus has buttons on top right corner (also uses two types of remote
    keypad)
Paragon Super just has blank plate on top right hand corner (also uses two
    types of remote keypad)

I will need to know which version it is to tell you how to Default the
    programming
also an approximate year would give a clue as to software version

BTW Probably nothing connected to the fire zone

  5. A long while ago AMF (the bowling people) made a system called Paragon, but
obviously I've no idea about in the UK.

The Paragon control panel is manufactured by Pyronix, I have listed there
website below, Not too sure if they still list any info on the Paragon
    system.
You could try re-booting the system and installing a new back up battery is
it is more than 4 years old
